Hello. I’m Ben Smith and I deliver results for adult learners.

And this is part of my story.

My empathy skills resonate with learners. Whether online, in-person, or in a blended environment, I am responsive to the needs of participants. I create learning experiences that include tools for self-reflection and practice to improve on-the-job performance.

So much of the value I bring comes from my life experience.

I have had lived (and worked) as an adult educator in San Francisco, Bangkok, New York City, Honolulu, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Vienna, and Madrid. Each stop on my journey has presented me with invaluable understanding of how humans work on a personal, cultural, and even geopolitical level.

I am committed to designing experiences that are inclusive, so that everyone can benefit, no matter who there are or from where they log in.
